The Hobby That Never Was

I am always in admiration everytime I saw people playing musical instruments. Much more admiration to young individuals who are very much into music and nothing beats those who knows how to play an instrument very well. I remember when I was still young, I wanted to play the acoustic guitar but lack drive to pursue it further that I end up not playing it at all. I was discouraged at the first part while strumming the strings as they hurt my fingers. I regret not playing or practicing more.

My 2 brothers and nieces know how to play the guitar and love seeing them jam and sing if they get together during weekends. I even got jealous everytime I see music instruments near me and near our place. I guess I need to find a lot of courage once again to start playing and see where it will take me.

Work, work, work can be stressful most of the times that we need to do something that is far different from our work. This is where hobby comes to the picture. All work and no play can be boring to anyone so injecting some fun and hobby in our lives is mandatory. I'm sure you don't want to die without resting or taking a vacation too away from your work.

Hobby need not to be expensive, you don;t need to shell out million bucks to buy vintage cars or sorts just to have fun. Music can be helpful to all of us as it can take away our worries and problems for a while. Playing musical instruments can relax a lot of people, singing, dancing and sports are good alternative as well. Managing Pain At Home

When you're in severe pain on a regular basis, it might seem like there's nothing that can be done. If the mind can focus on letting go of the pain or placing the area of the body in a position where there is no pain, then it be a benefit for any area instead of taking medications.

Instead of getting a physical injection, you can imagine that there is a numbing medication entering the area. You can also use this mental image with a cooling ice pack or a heating source to help take away the pain without physically going to the doctor. Soaking in a tub of warm water with a product that helps to soothe the muscles can relieve some of the tension felt in the body. Don't make the water so hot that it burns you, but you need to make sure it's warm enough to soothe the muscles and the body.

Art and Music

As they say, every one should have at least one hobby in his life so that no one will get dull or boring. I have quite a lot of hobbies myself like digital photography, digital scrapbooking, blogging, art and some crafts. Wish I love music as well but not really my cup of tea. Sure I love listening to music all the time but I don't know how to play any musical instrument like guitar or 88 keys as well.

I'm contented on my arts area but still would not mind learning an instrument in the future..
