I consider this the best vacation I ever had this year when we went off to Hamilton Island (Aus.) for a week with my sister and her family. I never have imagined I will be there bec. the trip was expensive considering the places that we have been too.

Anyway, from Hamilton Island we went to WHITE HAVEN Beach and boarded a ferry. The beach was amazing and the sand is so fine like powder.

I have been trying to improve my shadowing on my digi layouts and I am quite happy with this layout that I made. I also love those beautiful flowers that i bought from Natali Braxton when it was on sale few weeks ago. I can use it over and over again. I also enjoyed the extraction on my niece's photo and I love how it turned out.

Got this from Cathy, while I was browsing and trying to drop Entercards.

My Story: We are actually family of artists, my 2 brothers are visual artists and they participated and won in some national arts competitions. Their creativity was passed on to their kids, so I have nephews and nieces who also great in drawings and digital art. I on the other hand loves to do digital scrapbooking and digi photography. I started scrapbooking about 3 years ago and still do it right now, the photography is just recently when I had a digital camera. I also tried my hand in crosstitching way back in mid 90's.

B-day girl: My niece Bianca who just turned 3 last Feb.

My nieces and nephews where having a blast while asked them to pose for the cam. Look at one of my nephew he is sticking his head on the wooden stairs that is why they are laughing so hard. : Finally I Have Decided....:

After thinking for a couple of hours, I finally decided that this blog will now be my DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING, DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY Plus. I will put some of my recent layouts and shots here plus sometimes I will put tips or who knows even a tutorial here. I will also abandon my old scrapping blog which I have not updated for 4 months already. So watch out for my layouts, digi-freebies and lots lots more !!

: Deep Thinking :

I am in limbo right now bec. i have not yet decided on what niche do I really want in this new blog of mine. I already have a personal blog (A SLICE OF LIFE), fashion/shopping blog (THIS AND THAT) and a digital scrapbooking blog, which is only a blogspot hosted one and I have not updated it since March. I wanted to revive it by buying it a domain but with multiple blogs I already have now, I don't think I can handle updating all of them. Ahhh it's fun to have many blogs but sometimes it is also tiring.

Right now I am still thinking if I will make this my Hobbies blog for my digital scrapbooking and photography hobby plus.. Hmmmmm think think.. think... I hope I can make up my mind asap!

: Exhausted :

That is what I felt last night after coming home from work. I got pretty busy since morning with my offline works plus of course i need to do my online work as well. It can be pretty exhausting but I am also happy that I am busy and earning. I also had time to make a new header and change the color scheme of this blog and I am already contented with it bec. it is not sad anymore. I also dropped some Entercard before I went home and that is a tasking as well. I am hoping also that google can give me a page rank now eventhough this blog is only 3 months old hehe. Maybe they are generous eh ..

: Photohunt:: What isThat? :

If you are not a Filipino then probably you do not know what are these. Ok We Pinoys love that cooked BAGOONG (Shrimp Paste) so much that we can eat it with just about anything. It may look gross and smell bad or pungent esp. for foreigners hehehe but gosh it is the best and tastes oh so good. I like it a bit sweet and spicy.. Yum Yum..

And that fruit is what we call SANTOL, and it is actually in season right now. You can eat it with salt or with that shrimp paste and you can have it for lunch if you want to. Ok I think I am making you hungry right now so i guess you can check my other entry, i'll bet you'll get hungrier!! hehe

: Noisy Frogs ! :

It was raining the whole day yesterday and when I got home I was greeted with croaks of frogs in our streets. Such a loud sound indeed. When I got home i heard more noises bec. there is a vacant lot beside and at the back of our house. And oh my goodness, those toads were really noisy and they even sound like a cow !!! And before i go to sleep they are the ones that I am hearing as if I have soemone beside me who is snoring lol..

I was so curious why frogs croak so I googled it this morning. The result told me that they croak esp. when it is raining bec. it is their mating season and they wanted to attract female frogs. Wow, they are singing like there is a choir lol. All I can say is that they are annoying and noisy lol!

: Saving Money :

Oh yeah I am saving money for the rainy days hehehe. Actually I have noticed lately that I have been so kuripot and really don't want to go to the malls bec. I am afraid that I will buy something that I really don't need anyway. I know myself bec. sometimes I am an impulsive buyer especially if things that I like is on sale. I don't care sometimes if I really need that, but things has changed right now since I know that I am not earning much this days like last year.

Actually I am saving saving and saving because I have a project that I really wanted to buy before the year ends and that is non other than a canon lens.. hahaha I know it is not that important but hey i work hard so I need a little gift for myself.. I am keeping my fingers crossed so that I can buy it this year yay!!!

: PR update??? :

Oh gosh I am just so impatient waitign for the next google updates. Some says that it was already over but when i browsed some seo sites it will just happen end of July or early August. I really don't know what is that truth. All i know is that i want my pr back on my 2 domain blogs and I want a PR on this blog hehe. I know for those that know why I want a blog PR they do understand me.. Phewww I just can't wait. Do you know when??/

: Digi- photos :

I have been shooting photos lately to practice my skills. I am just new to digital photography so I need to get the hang of it 1st and study my DSLR cam. I still need to practice my settings but in fairness I got away from the auto mode and now I am using manual mode or p modes most of the times.

I also have my nifty fifty (50mm 1.8 lens) so i need to use my camera more so it will be put in good use hehe. I still need to get another new lens the 28-135 mm lens this year and i will be a happy novice photographer wannabe already. You can see some of my shots on my flickr photo gallery. Enjoy!

: Scrapping Away:

My mojo finally returned so I was able to digi-scrap again after 6 months of not doing so. At first I was so slow and didn't know what to do and what layout should I do but when I got the hang of it again, I am unstoppable. Actually I have made about 6 or more layouts for the last month and I am so happy about it. You can see my digital scrapbooking layouts at my Flickr gallery. Comments are welcome and very much appreciated.

: Slow :

Things are pretty slow for me these days. I blame it on the lack of PR on my domain blogs, that resulted on few blog opportunities for reviews. I am just lucky the my other bravejournal blog has pr2 still. I also am busy updating my other blogs that is why I don't have many updates here.
