Easy To Follow Selective Color Tutorial in Photoshop CS3

I love Photoshop and I am still learning more about it. I have "actions" that can easily do some wonders of my photos but it is also good to learn to do it manually. Here's a Very easy to follow Manual Selective Color Tutorial in Photoshop CS3.

Steps on manual Selective Coloring Tutorial in Photoshop CS3

1. Convert your photo into black and white (BW) by clicking the "Create new fill or adjustment layer" . You can adjust the setting if you want according to your liking.

2. Set your foreground color to BLACK.


3. CLICK on you BRUSH tool and start brushing on your desired area. I picked the lips of Bratz here. Zoom your image so you can see it better. Flatten Image then save.

That's it. You're Done.

Hey there digi-scrappers, time flies so fast isn't it? I miss full scrapping these days but I got the chance to use templates when I made my photobook lately. Here are just some of the flowers and plants in our small garden that I took last month for my Project 365 (Photo-A-Day Project). I am not really a flower photographer but I love how these photos turned out. Like the experts say, all we have to do is be creative in our shots and look our subject in a different way.

My Project 365 Layout: August Week4-5

I guess you noticed that I have not been sharing any Project 365 layouts here lately it's because I have so limited time to scrap. Finally today, i thought of updating my layouts so that I will not be too late or else I will end up left behind. I will not stop my photo a day even though there are days that I almost forgot to take a photo.

Here's my layout for August Week 4-5, I used Shabby Miss Jen's template so it's making my scrapping a lot easier. I hope I can update my September once again soon. I can't wait to have it printed over at Artscow. Anyway, I will try to whip a new layout right after I watch a movie here at my laptop. Ahhh ...wish I had a bluray, I guess it would have been more nice.
